BeyondPlay is a B2B company that develops next-generation engagement software to online operators. It has been granted a license by the UKGambling Commission.
Following the December 2022 granting of a Critical Supply Licence by the Malta Gaming Authority, the Gambling Commission secured a Remote Casino Host Licence and Gambling Software Licence.
BeyondPlay’s GB license is another milestone. BeyondPlay offers a range of community-oriented products that turn single game sessions into engaging multiplayer entertainment experiences. Additional licence applications are being considered for Ontario and Sweden as well as other US jurisdictions.

Multiplayer products offer a variety of features that go beyond responsible gaming standards. These features include spectator mode, low-stakes and community-pooled betting.

LeoVegas Group sold its 25 percent share in BeyondPlay to a group strategic investors that included venture firm Bettor Capital . BeyondPlay generated a 73% return on its investment arm, LeoVentures in less than two years. The transaction was part of BeyondPlay’s larger fundraising effort.
Four tier-one partners have already been secured by the start-up for its solutions: Casumo, ComeOn Groups, LeoVegas Groups and Soft2Bet. Roll-out is scheduled for Q2 and Q3 2023 and more partnerships are in the works.
