Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG) has today concluded its agreement with Palasino Malta Ltd. (PML), a part of Trans World Hotels & Entertainment a.s.
GiG will provide its award-winning player account management platform (PAM), front end delivery and content management system(CMS) to the partnership. This will enable TWHE to enter online through Palasino.com, and offer opportunities in multiple international established and emerging online marketplaces.
This announcement marks the ninth partnership between GiG and traditional retailers to digitally transform their businesses and increase their online revenue streams.
TWHE, a company that has been in operation for more than 25 years in retail casino, was purchased by Far East Consortium (FEC), a Hong Kong-based international development specialist. The group operates a number of boutique hotels and casinos across Europe. It has interests in Germany and Austria.
According to VIXIO Gambling Compliance, the European online growth rate for regulated GGR is expected to rise at 7.6 percent annually to EUR37.3bn in 2026.
GiG is a top iGaming platform provider and sportsbook provider. This has earned them a solid reputation among land-based operators who want to realize their digital ambitions. GiGs platform is designed to offer a localised, flexible and personalized solution that can be tailored to individual operators in complex markets. It currently has 29 markets covered by regulation and 8 more in the pipeline.
The agreement was signed for a period of five year and will be in effect during H1 2023.
