Genius Sports Limited (GSL), the official data partner, technology provider and broadcaster that drives the ecosystem connecting sports to media, has signed a long-term partnership for data streaming, integrity and data with the Chinese Taipei Football Association. CTFA is the data rights holder in Taiwan football.
This partnership includes CTFA’s premier tournaments, including the Taiwan Football Premier League(TFPL), Taiwan Mulan Football League(TMFL)and Taiwan Football League2nd Division.
Genius Sports’ world-class sports data insights will be provided to the CTFA to improve fan experiences, commercialise its sports data, and promote streaming content around the globe. Genius Sports, which is a leading provider of digital solutions for the CTFA, will also supply the FIFA Competition Management System. This system, used by football clubs around the world, streamlines everything from fixture generation and official record building.
Genius Sports’ Integrity Services will also protect the CTFA against match-fixing, and maintain the standards of its competitions. Genius Sports will monitor and analyze the global wagering activity on the TFPL and TMFL matches, as well as the 2nd Division matches. They will then inform the CTFA about any suspicious activities that require further investigation.
