Hello Darek! It’s great to see you again, and I appreciate you taking the time to catch-up! Please take a moment to tell our readers a little bit about yourself.
Hello! Darek, from Rite NRG. I have the right energy.
From my days at university in Sydney, Australia to my postgraduate adventures in Coventry, UK, technology has been my playground. You can find me pursuing my passions, such as riding bikes, making and listening to music, surfing, and even testing the body’s endurance with ice dips and fasting. Just to keep things interesting!
What is your role as Chief Growth Officer at Rite NRG? What do you think are the most important aspects of your job? What’s your primary goal?
My true superpower is building human connections. My joyride has been steering countless exciting initiatives. Life is a rollercoaster but authentic relationships are what make it so special.
It’s important to not lose sight of our core values as we race through the fast-paced markets today. My main focus is to create something incredible together when the time is #right for both parties. This is my experience that it is the #rightway, but in most cases business is driven by aggressive KPIs. It is important to seize the opportunity when it arises to elevate the human element, to standout and be remembered. This is why I am so fascinated by how you create the conditions for networking at such a high-level during these tech events.
After the introductions and the big picture, tell us about Rite NRG’s objectives and work.
It’s another chapter in my life because, let’s be honest, RITE is a unique place to work. Why? Find me another business that places a high priority on culture fit, and the understanding of the values of its partners. We often communicate without saying a single word when we work in an environment like this. The best part is? It is a service that our clients value and rarely leave. Most clients return to us because they value our openness, consultative approach and unmatched speed of action. What’s ahead? We will maintain our growth trajectory through attracting talent who are in sync with Rite NRG’s vision of doing business
What makes Rite NRG different from its competitors? How does your work affect that?
This is a great question that I touched upon earlier. We believe that the right attitude combined with boundless energy, and a desire to improve ourselves, will create a powerful mix that will exceed any “delivery expectations”. Others may say the same thing, but will they deliver? We do! The payoff comes from a high level of precision throughout the entire “supply-chain”. In a LinkedIn posting, I said, “We create music. We perform for all occasions, but not for everyone.” I am in complete harmony with Rite NRG values and any additional engine oil is redundant. Perpetual movement? We’re still not there… but watch this space and give us some time! :))
Tell us about your experience with iGaming companies and casinos: your personal experiences, your connection with Rite NRG. What other industries are you involved in?
Gaming is a booming industry! We enjoy it and have a great time doing it. We’ve developed an iGaming solution for one of Europe’s largest providers, and we are currently developing another platform for the Asian market. You probably know some of these companies.
We are passionate about medtech and fintech. Our passion also extends to blockchain, IoT and banking. Rite’s founders gained their first experience in this area. Since then, our legacy is more and more resonant.
Monika Szwed is not a coincidence. She holds a senior position as a business analyst at Rite. I am a firm believer that the best way to start a project is by challenging and understanding a client’s perspective. Why are we so confident in this approach? A thorough business analysis can break down problems into manageable chunks. Many clients believe that an idea and team are enough. You know what else? This is the basis for all of our industries!
How do you envision the future of Tech, Gaming and Software Development in closing? What skills and services are in high demand and how do think that this will evolve?
I think AI will impact how we as consumers perceive and create the final product. I think that these changes will increase the importance of human interaction, which is something I am happy about, because I believe the human factor to be crucial and further development can only benefit. I believe that people will still create products to sell, at least commercially. In terms of the consumer’s perspective on AI and humans, I think AI will further fuel human creativity.
I think that, on a more practical note, the software industry needs to become more customer-focused and personalised in terms of business ethics as well as the desire to be natural in their approach. Rite has been working in this direction since quite some time!
